I asked the front desk clerk twice if he was certain that the TV in my room would work. Twice he assured me that it would, but guess what? After he tried and tried to get the TV to come to life he breathed a sigh of disappointment and moved me 7rms closer to the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. Great parking right at the front door and a nice common room. Only one restaurant delivered to that location and I didn't want what was on their limited menu. ThisSUPER 8 actually repaid the money that was added to cover any damages. It was right off of wb i94 in the East DETROIT suburb of ROSEVILLE.
I have to say the staff is great! A special thanks to Vansh, he is always very kind and he was particularly helpful when my rooms TV's screen went out. He replaced it right away! There's also a cute little breakfast area in the morning where I enjoy my coffee & an occasional morning snack. The fireplace outside is so awesome and unique as well. Great place to sit before bed. The cleaning staff also deserve recognition. They are very kind and helpful.
I had to stay for a extend time due to many changes in my life. The roseville location is a great location surrounded by great shopping areas, resteraunts and entertainment. The staff was excellant and attentive. Vansh was amazing and courteous and made sure things ran great.House keeping made sure my room stayed immaculate. And the price was very affordable. This was a great place and great people. I will be back.
I have been living here for about 8 months now and I love the whole entire family here Super 8. Vanish is a really great guy and they make sure I always have toilet paper, new sheets, sample soap and shampoo. Breakfast is everyday 6am to 9am so I really appreciate it. After I got to know this family owned business the more I have seen the hard work they put into making every customer happy.
One of the best hotels I've been to. They have good customer service. Very friendly people! Plus housekeeping is exceptional. Small breakfast. Clean rooms. I definitely recommend this place

My recent stay here a super 8 was beyond my expectations. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful and patient, when it came to room service. Breakfast was really good and my kids really enjoyed it. Friendly people and great environment to stay at. Reasonable room prices,and clean. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come and experience this amazing hotel.
